Welcome to the Primrose Kitten Academy Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

Please read them carefully before participating in the program.


1. Eligibility
  • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the affiliate program.
  • Location Restrictions: The program is open to affiliates worldwide, unless specific legal restrictions apply in your country.


2. Application Process
  • Approval: All affiliate applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.


3. Commission Structure
  • Commission Rates: Affiliates earn a commission on sales made through their unique referral links. The standard commission rate is 10% for most products, with up to 30% for specific promotions.
  • Multi-Level Commissions: You will also earn commissions on sales generated by affiliates you refer to the program.
  • Payment Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is £100. If your earnings do not reach this threshold in a given month, they will be carried over to the next month.


4. Payment Terms
  • Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring that your PayPal account details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, approximately 7 days after the end of each month.


5. Cookie Duration
  • Tracking Cookie: Our tracking cookies last for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission on the sale.


6. Marketing and Promotion
  • Permitted Channels: Affiliates may promote our products through social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing. Ensure that your promotional content adheres to our branding guidelines.
  • Prohibited Practices: Spamming, false advertising, and bidding on trademarked keywords in search engines are prohibited.


7. Compliance and Legal Requirements
  • Disclosure Obligations: Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship as required by law, such as the FTC guidelines in the US.
  • Prohibited Content: Affiliates must avoid promoting our products in conjunction with inappropriate or offensive content.


8. Termination and Suspension
  • Termination Conditions: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program for any reason, including violation of these terms.
  • Suspension of Accounts: Accounts may be suspended if suspected of fraudulent activity or if performance metrics are not met.


9. Intellectual Property Rights
  • Use of Materials: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.


10. Liability and Indemnification
  • Liability Limitations: We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
  • Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the program.


11. Modification of Terms
  • Right to Change Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
  • Acceptance of Changes: Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes to the terms.


12. Confidentiality
  • Confidential Information: Affiliates agree to keep confidential all sensitive information, including commission structures and customer data.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the UK.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in the UK.
